Associate Inside Sales Representative - Unmanned Vehicle Systems

Together, our radios and waveform provide the vital communications for mission critical applications in the harshest environments from underground tunnels to high altitude balloons. Silvus StreamCaster radios are being rapidly adopted by customers all over the world ranging from the U.S Departments of Defense, to International, Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement agencies, all the way to the Super Bowl, Grammys and industry-leading drone, robot, and other unmanned systems manufacturers. Silvus is seeking an Associate Inside Sales Representative (ISR) - Unmanned Vehicle Systems, reporting to the Senior Director, DoD Sales on the Sales team. The successful individual in this Associate ISR role will play a foundational role in supporting Silvus’ growth within the fast-evolving unmanned systems sector. This position can be hybrid or fully remote (depending on location). If on hybrid schedule, a minimum of 3 days onsite per week is expected. On-site days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The location for this role if hybrid is Silvus Technologies’ HQ in the heart of vibrant West Los Angeles. Role And Responsibilities

Assist the Senior ISR and Sales Directors in delivering timely, accurate quotes and respond promptly to customer inquiries. Update CRM to capture key interactions, opportunity status, and data critical for business decisions. Develop expertise in Silvus’ MANET products, focusing on Unmanned Systems applications. Support customer engagement through virtual demonstrations, client meetings, and internal reviews. Track industry trends, competitor activity, and U.S. Government initiatives to inform strategy. Complete assigned tasks and training with attention to detail and curiosity. Provide logistics and documentation support for trade shows and demonstrations. Prepare polished summaries, sales reports, and follow-up materials in support of senior team members. Pursue ongoing professional development and education, including government procurement processes terminology, as well as knowledge of competitors, and competitive technologies. Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of sales, proposal, or analyst experience. Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Strong communication skills and a passion for learning. Self-starter motivated to become a trusted contributor on a high-performance team. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and/or equivalent Google tools. Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts. Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree; relevant experience or internships valued. Familiarity with defense, aerospace, or electronics manufacturing environments. Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, PDF tools, and CRM systems for daily communication and collaboration. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Outdoor environment for demonstrations. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to do the following: Lift equipment up to 50 lbs. for the setup of demonstration and testing. Manage the movement of large, suitcase-size Pelican cases (e.g., for travel, demonstrations, etc.). Compensation

The pay range is NOT a guarantee. It is based on market research and peer data, and will vary depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
