Orange County
territory in this unique community based opportunity. Starting salary is $75,000 per year
with an earning potential of a six-figure income after 5 years of successful service as an Account Executive/University Development Counselor. New hire training will be held in-person at our Phoenix, AZ campus. Grand Canyon Education offers a generous benefits package, including 100% tuition-free education for employees through the Master\'s degree program level and 75% coverage at the Doctorate degree program level. Responsibilities — what your typical week might include Strategy and execution. Identify and implement event/activity plans for your territory, build awareness of our online programs for education, healthcare and business, and drive inquiry generation. Shape high-impact partnerships and execute daily work through presentations, calls and emails to maximize value. Partner and influencer. Provide exceptional counseling to prospective students, their families and partners across in-person, phone, or email interactions, promoting the GCE mission and student success. Heart and Hustle. A community-based role with ambitious targets. Work independently to support prospective students through the admissions process and guide them toward a successful online learning experience. The role might be right for you if you have A Bachelor’s degree. No delinquency on federal student loans as verified in your credit report. If in a rehabilitation program, your credit report must reflect current payments. Outstanding time management skills. Ability to wear many hats, manage priorities, and travel as needed. Clear communication skills. Ability to explain concepts clearly in person, in writing and on the phone, with well-developed listening skills. Self-motivation and drive to succeed. Take ownership of your time with Grand Canyon University students. High emotional intelligence. Ability to coach a diverse range of students and develop and nurture partner relationships. Valid driver\'s license, reliable transportation and a flexible schedule. Extensive travel in your territory; some events may require evenings and weekends. Computer literacy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools. Bonus Points If You Have Relevant industry-related professional experience. Experience working with CRM tools.
