We are seeking a Director Of Construction to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of construction division projects Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise Area Managers as well as Project Managers where applicable Supervise Subcontractor placement and on-boarding Supervise Construction Office Team Members Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to Customer Specs Qualifications
5 Years of Insurance Restoration Experience 5 Years experience in construction management or other related fields Familiarity with construction management software Strong leadership qualities Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Company Description
