Lead front-end initiatives to bring generative AI features to life with engaging user experiences. Your work will shape how thousands of accounting professionals leverage AI in their everyday workflows. Collaborate Across Functions
Work closely with product managers, designers, and AI specialists to deliver elegant, high-performance React-based features. Translate complex requirements into interfaces. About the Role
In this role as a Senior Product Engineer, you will: Own features from ideation through testing, launching, measuring impact, and iteration, collaborating with product and UX partners. Design, build, and maintain generative AI products such as Conversations, Accounting Research, Ready to Advise, and Workspaces. Build user interfaces using Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS to ensure performant, intuitive, and responsive experiences. Identify bottlenecks and optimize for speed, scalability, and responsiveness. Collaborate & Lead
Lead front-end projects, scoping timelines, guiding junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional partners. Contribute to technical design decisions, ensuring code quality and best practices. Champion UI/UX Excellence
Apply strong design sensibilities to deliver polished, accessible, and user-centric interfaces. Proactively collect feedback from end users and internal stakeholders, and iterate accordingly. About You
You are a fit for a Senior Product Engineer if your background includes: 5+ years building web applications at scale Passion for UI/UX and product design—enjoy refining details that matter to users Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving Experience building new products or features from 0 to 1 or from ideation to release Excellent debugging skills and an eye for performance optimization Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities Bonus Points
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HCI, or related field Experience working in a startup or similar fast-paced setting Experience building chatbot interfaces or other AI-native products Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), AI agent design, and/or prompt engineering Opinionated about front-end testing methodologies, A/B testing, and safe rollouts What’s in it For You?
