Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as a Field Service Technician at Nota3D, with flexibility for some remote work. Our main office is located in Mount Pleasant, WI, but the majority of our customers are in the greater Chicago land area. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of 3D printing equipment along with our new 2D related equipment. You will also provide training and technical support to customers, ensuring their equipment functions optimally and meets their specific requirements. Responsibilities
Perform on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of 3D printing equipment and 2D related equipment. Provide training and technical support to customers. Ensure equipment functions optimally and meets customer requirements. Qualifications
Proven experience as a field service technician, preferably in the 3D printing or related industry. Experience with: 3D Systems, Markforged or Mimaki machines is a huge plus. Experience with 2D printers (preferably Mimaki). High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electronics, mechanics, or a related field is preferred. Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel to client locations as needed. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. What We Offer
