Houston, TX . PHI Health is hiring skilled pilots to deliver critical care in life-saving missions. The role offers a strong aviation opportunity with meaningful impact, including a sign-on bonus and relocation considerations. Responsibilities

PHI Air Medical operations (operating under CAMTS guidelines) with airplane air ambulance (HAA) operations. Serve as PIC, Airplane-IFR-Dual Pilot (Instrument rating required). Lead a two-pilot crew as Captain of Pilatus PC-24 on 24-hour operations (day/night rotation). Complete aircraft transition with required service period if applicable; relocation package may require a 2-year minimum service. Participate in community outreach programs and adhere to PHI Air Medical policies. Perform line pilot duties in accordance with GOM; support Safety Management System and Destination Zero campaigns. Work with internal and external customers to provide safe, efficient, courteous, and reliable service. Lift and assist in loading/unloading patients and equipment as needed; some lifting required. Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off Must live within 1 hour drive from base Compensation and Benefits

Competitive pay with shift bonuses and incentives, plus annual safety and employee bonuses. Sign-on bonus up to $75,000; customer bonus of $30,000. Relocation package available. The Successful Candidate Will Have

Current and qualified on the VE7A certificate; ATP Airplane, Multi-engine land. First Class Medical; 2,000 total flight hours; 1,000 PIC multi-engine hours; 500 PIC multi-engine hours; 100 night hours. Strong communication and customer service skills; able to interface with customers and PHI management. Ability to pass pre-placement physical exam (including functional capacity), drug screen, and background check; TB screening and vaccination requirements as specified. Must meet body weight requirement of 235 lbs; ability to pass all vaccination requirements including Covid vaccination. Core Competencies
