The Role As an Electrical Project Superintendent , you will oversee the technical operations of assigned projects, ensuring efficiency, safety, and on-time delivery. You’ll lead site teams, coordinate closely with Project Engineers, and maintain the highest quality standards in luxury residential electrical systems. Key Responsibilities Supervise General Foremen, Foremen, and Lead Men. Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality goals. Oversee safe, efficient material handling and installation processes. Review and interpret plans, specifications, and manufacturer instructions. Maintain strong relationships with trades, suppliers, and clients. Mentor and train team members. Enforce company safety, conduct, and quality policies. What You’ll Bring Experience: 5+ years in electrical installations; supervisory experience in electrical or general construction preferred. Knowledge: Advanced electrical systems expertise, estimating, change orders, and project scheduling. Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Qualifications: High school diploma (trade school preferred), valid Class A driver’s license (or ability to obtain), CPR/First Aid/AED certification. Why Join Apply?
