Key Responsibilities

Lead overall project and team performance from preconstruction to closeout. Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams. Estimate and manage project budgets and schedules in collaboration with field superintendents. Administer contracts and manage project financials (buyout, subcontracts, change orders, owner billing, status reports). Oversee project documentation, RFI/submittal review, safety compliance, and insurance documentation. Mentor and develop project staff, supporting ongoing training and career growth. Host and lead all project meetings and communications. Drive successful delivery of healthcare and education construction projects. Candidate Requirements

5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction, with a focus on healthcare (OSHPD/HCAI) and/or DSA school projects. Current and previous experience working for a General Contractor (GC) is required. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred (or equivalent field experience). Strong proficiency with Sage 300, Procore (or similar platforms), Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Valid driver's license and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
