We are hiring a
Director of Construction & Facilities , on behalf of our client, a family-owned real estate development firm based in Greenville, SC. The
Director of Construction & Facilities
will be responsible for managing the construction of new developments and tenant upfits throughout their portfolio that consists of commercial properties (office & retail) and mixed-use developments. The Director of Construction & Facilities will: Oversee and manage capital improvement projects Work closely with the Development team on all new construction projects Manage and supervise team including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations Collaborate with general contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, and other key partners on all development projects Represent the Landlord during all tenant upfit construction projects from plan review to final punch list Key requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Engineering or a related field 10+ years of experience in engineering, construction management, architecture or related field Proven experience in managing multiple commercial construction projects, capital projects, and building renovations Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment Please contact Lindsey Morrow if you're interested in discussing the job description in detail.
