As a Residential Remodeling Design Consultant, you'll be at the core of our client relationships, from initial concepts to project completion. This role requires a strong design eye, proficiency in industry-leading software, excellent client communication, and organizational skills to manage projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Conduct consultations, present design concepts, and secure agreements. Design Development: Use software like 2020, AutoCAD, and Chief Architect to create and propose designs, generate estimates. Project Management: Oversee design execution, collaborate on material selections, and coordinate pre-construction activities. Sales & Contracts: Present proposals, secure contracts and payments, and manage project handoff. Customer Service: Conduct site visits, communicate with clients, and ensure smooth project closeout. Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in selling residential remodeling. Software Skills: Proficient in 2020, AutoCAD, Chief Architect. Client-Focused: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Team Player: Able to collaborate effectively with project teams. Organization: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects effectively. Benefits & Compensation
