The Project Lead Engineer handles the complete technicalscope for supply of new packaged rotating equipment for onshore and offshoreprojects. This includes gas turbine-driven generators/compressors and electricmotor-driven compressor trains, typically with extended plant scope (coolers,scrubbers, anti-surge valves, etc.) The selected candidate will lead global technical projectteams of multi-discipline engineers, designers and suppliers, and will be theprimary contact for technical interactions with the Customer, working incollaboration with the project manager. How You’ll Make an Impact

Manage all technical aspects of the projectwith internal and external clients, to deliver the equipment per contractualrequirements. Develop and monitor the engineering scheduleand supervise the engineering budget. Provide guidance to the team on designdecisions, such as overall system control philosophies and main equipmentspecification. Provide engineering support during proposal,manufacturing, testing, installation, commissioning and operation. What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering relatedfield (Mechanical, Electrical, Controls or Petroleum is preferred). Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience indesign, packaging, or operation of rotating equipment or auxiliary systems forrotating equipment; Candidates with more years of experience may be eligiblefor a more senior level position. Must be detail oriented and organized Have the ability to identify problem areas andtake initiative to resolve issues. Excellent written and oral communication skillsare essential! Ability to travel (Domestic or International)for meetings and site visits as the need arises Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in theUnited States without need for current or future employer-sponsored workauthorization.
