We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Traveling Electrical Superintendent to join our team in the Construction industry. This role involves traveling to various sites to oversee and manage all electrical operations. The successful candidate will ensure that all electrical work is completed to the highest standard and complies with all safety regulations. The position will require up to 75% travel. Compensation

Oversee all electrical operations at various sites, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard. Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues that may arise. Work with PLCs, relays, terminations, medium voltage, high voltage, and motor controls. Act as a point of contact for electrical queries or concerns. Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of kindness, respect, and continuous learning. Collaborate with other departments to meet electrical needs. Ensure on-time and within-budget project completion. Be available for up to 20 hours of paid overtime per week. Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times. Qualifications
5+ years of supervisory experience in a similar role within the construction industry. Data Center or Industrial project experience is required. Completed electrical apprenticeship. Hold a valid Journeyman license. Extensive knowledge of OSHA 10, OSHA 30, 70E, PLCs, relays, terminations, troubleshooting, medium voltage, high voltage, and motor controls. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong leadership with a culture of kindness and respect. Approachable, coachable, and friendly. Willingness to work up to 20 hours of paid overtime per week. Equal Opportunity
