Performance Contracting is seeking a

Senior Project Engineer

for its

PCI Albany 576

operations based in

Malta, NY . This individual will provide project management support to commercial projects and the following scopes: specialty walls and ceilings, and clean-rooms. This role will be based in Albany, but willingness to travel or be relocated based on specific project needs is necessary. This individual will also be responsible for the following duties: Perform labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance Prepare RFI's and submittals Quantitative takeoffs to verify estimates, order materials, and price change orders Create and implement job schedules and coordinate with field supervisors and foremen Create and manage punch lists and job closeout documentation Support the Quality Control measures outlined in the QA/QC program Salary range: $95,000-115,000 annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program. Basic Requirements

Minimum 4-7 years' experience in construction management is required. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Construction Science or related discipline, or comparable work experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. A clear understanding of how to read and understand specifications and drawings. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to learn new job skills by engaging in the technical aspects of the job and applying new skills as they are taught. Customer service skills, such as able to work with customers and build strong relationships. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask. Motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative. Works well under pressure and deadline. Preferred Requirements

Experience with commercial interior construction and/or clean-room scopes is preferred OSHA Certification Willing to travel/relocate based on project needs Benefits and Culture
