Arcadis is looking to hire a Senior Civil Engineer who has extensive experience working on civil engineering projects for the United States Federal Government. In this role, you will work directly with other Civil Engineers, Engineers from different disciplines, Project Managers, clients, and others on Federal Agency facility design projects. You will lead the civil discipline on multiple concurrent projects through the pursuit, proposal, design, and construction phases. Responsibilities
Lead design teams and mentor junior staff to develop construction-ready design packages of drawings and specifications with inter-disciplinary coordination Manage clients through all phases of the relationship Develop budgets, proposals, schedules, project plans, and staffing plans, and identify, qualify, and pursue potential clients and project opportunities. The ideal candidate would be well-networked within the US Federal Government and or its Agencies Contribute technically to projects in areas where qualified to support work prepared by the respective disciplines Fluency in design and modeling software that includes: Civil 3D, Autodesk Construction Cloud, AutoCAD, SpecsIntact (must have) Travel to project sites for engineering site surveys, client meetings, and other related work requirements Qualifications & Experience
U.S. citizenship is required for this position as part of federal employment eligibility requirements Bachelor of Science (BS) in civil engineering with at least 10 years of experience in consulting engineering and performing facility design Extensive experience producing IFC design packages for federal agency facilities Professional Engineering Licensure in the United States. Multiple state licenses are preferred Strong communication skills related to presentations, project communications, and written documents Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external team members and leverage those relationships to pursue additional project opportunities for Arcadis Benefits & Equality

Nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $161,405.
