Overview
Locations: Charlotte NC or Plano TX ATM Engineering Team is seeking a seasoned ATM Monitoring Engineer to support and enhance the monitoring infrastructure for our nationwide ATM network. This role involves complex engineering and analytical tasks, administration of ATM monitoring tools, and development of automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive technical contributor with a strong desire to learn, adapt, and collaborate in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and support ATM monitoring tools such as ESQ and Diebold Nixdorf VynamicView (prior experience with these tools is a plus but not required)
Design and implement monitoring solutions for ATM availability and performance
Collaborate with internal ATM teams and external vendors to resolve outages and performance issues
Investigate and resolve monitoring failures; perform root cause analysis and implement timely fixes
Administer Windows and Linux servers; understand transport layer protocols and security concepts
Customize, upgrade, and integrate ATM monitoring tools into enterprise systems
Develop automation using Autosys, Power BI, and PowerShell scripting
Remediate vulnerabilities in monitoring tools and environments
Write and optimize MS SQL scripts for data analysis and reporting
Create and maintain technical documentation
Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of experience in IT engineering or ATM systems monitoring
Strong knowledge of enterprise monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and Tivoli
Exposure to Mainframe or HP Nonstop/Tandem systems
Understanding of payment processing and multi-data center environments
Familiarity with change management and incident management processes
Experience working in Agile teams and using JIRA
Skills: esq, vynamic, powershell scripting, sql scripting, Linux, Windows, Autosys, Dynatrace, Splunk
Preferred Attributes

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $58.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
