Minimum 6-8 years of experience in successful software project implementations related to CRM/Service/Communities Cloud Business scenarios. 3+ years of experience working within the Salesforce platform as a technical lead/Sr Dev. Experience working on a minimum of 3 Salesforce projects. Strong expertise in Lightning/Communities, APEX, hands-on with coding, Flows, Triggers, Migration Tool, APIs Java Script, CSS, HTML, Templates, and Web Services. Experience in customized Salesforce service cloud integration with CTI, ERP, and legacy applications. Mandatory certifications: Salesforce Admin and PD1. Good to have Salesforce PD2 cert. Roles & Responsibilities

Provide technical solution approach during solution design. Work independently and provide mentorship to junior team members. Lead SFDC development team with little or no direct supervision. Thorough understanding of Web Services in general and SOAP and REST specifically. Understand data migration considerations, design trade-offs, and common ETL tools. Experience with common integration patterns used on the Force.com Platform. Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies. Team player with excellent verbal & written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Salary Range: $140,000-$160,000 a year. Seniority level
