Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician
to maintain our state-of-the-art kitchens and onsite bakeries. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration systems, and HVAC equipment across our extensive campus. Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial cooking equipment Install, calibrate, and optimize kitchen ventilation and appliances Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections Ensure compliance with safety standards Use diagnostic tools and hand/power tools for technical resolutions Core Equipment
Refrigeration: Walk-in coolers/freezers, blast chillers, ice machines Cooking: Commercial ovens, fryers, steam kettles, tilt skillets Ventilation & HVAC: Exhaust hoods, rooftop HVAC units, make-up air systems Sanitation: High-capacity dishwashers, sanitation systems Qualifications include CFC Universal Certification, EPA 608 certification, minimum 3 years of relevant experience, and eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship. Willingness to relocate and COVID-19 vaccination are required.
