This opportunity provides technical assistance and guidance for water/wastewater production, treatment, and conveyance infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include analyzing, developing, and designing water transmission and distribution systems, pumping stations, conveyance systems, water treatment systems, and planning for water/wastewater distribution, master planning, and treatment plant rehabilitation and expansions. The role ensures that responsibilities meet or exceed industry standards.

Your Impact

Designing water transmission and distribution systems, pumping stations, conveyance systems, and water treatment systems.

Managing project design tasks, permitting, construction coordination, and guiding junior staff.

Leading multidisciplinary teams on water/wastewater projects.

Executing project work, including calculations, permit applications, and technical memos.

Maintaining quality control and assisting with project scoping and design.

Contributing to technical reports and safety plans.

Adhering to company policies and ethical standards.

Who You Are Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, focus in Water/Wastewater.

5-7 years of relevant experience.

Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas.

Knowledge of water/wastewater engineering principles and Texas regulations.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Proficiency with hydraulic and process modeling software, GIS, and technical writing.

Ability to work independently and in teams, with attention to safety and ethics.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.

Experience managing large projects.
