Lead the site Maintenance team in providing both a reactive and proactive, multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment. Oversee adherence and timely completion of work; increase site operational effectiveness, improve project delivery, mean time between failure and downtime reduction, and execute improvement plans; drive KPIs ensuring Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to. Lead the team on technical best practice and establish standard policies and procedures while mentoring and leading the department. Implement and lead continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principles by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes. What We Are Looking For
Experience with Allen Bradley PLC software; electrical schematics; hydraulics schematics. Ability to read shop, fabrication, and architectural drawings. What OBE Offers You
