Lead and coordinate multi-disciplined teams on roadway and transit tunnel projects from inspection and design through construction phase support. Project management and ownership of technical design and report development. Provide expert engineering input into design, evaluation of technical outcomes, and deliverables. Interface with the client, attending progress meetings and producing reports. Act as a technical mentor to other team members, guiding them through complex project challenges. Education | Experience
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline. Ten (10) years progressive experience in engineering design, inspection and construction support. Professional Engineer License is a requirement for the role. 5-10 years of experience leading engineering teams. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Active engagement in professional associations and providing thought leadership internally and externally representing Gannett Fleming/TranSystems. What We Prefer You Bring
NCTI Certification through National Highway Institute. Strong transportation engineering project portfolio; design-build experience is a plus. Compensation
The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $155,000 (USD). Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location. Benefits
