Position: Senior Low-Power Design & Optimization Engineer - Remote

Job Description
Leads low-power architecture and optimization across synthesis, PnR, and timing closure phases. Uses Cadence Voltus and power intent methodologies (UPF/CPF) to drive leakage and dynamic power reduction. Provides expertise in power gating, clock gating, and DVFS integration for GF 22FDX’s advanced low-power features, including body-biasing. Acts as a low-power champion within the design team, balancing PPA targets. Requirements
8+ years’ experience in low-power SoC design flows. Strong background in Cadence low-power flows (Voltus, Innovus integration). Expertise in UPF/CPF-based power intent definition and verification. Hands-on knowledge of GF 22FDX low-power technologies (body bias, multi-VDD). Full-Time Benefits
