Overview
School Speech Language Pathologist - Minneapolis, Minnesota. This contract school year (CSY) position offers an opportunity to provide speech and language services to students across kindergarten through 12th grade in a K-12 educational setting. Requires Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) and Minnesota school licensure.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and screenings for students.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and federal regulations.
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, providing professional recommendations.
Qualifications
Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
School-based licensure or certification as required by the state of Minnesota.
Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings.
Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Location Minneapolis, Minnesota, serving a diverse student population within a K-12 school environment.
