Overview
Director of Nursing - Children’s Services. Full-time position in Assonet, MA. Monday–Friday Day Shift. Base pay range:
$110,000.00/yr - $122,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Oversee clinical operations for the Children’s Services program. Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies and protocols. Lead, mentor, and develop nursing and multidisciplinary teams. Foster a safe, patient-/student-centered environment focused on health, safety, and well-being. Collaborate with schools and families to support pediatric patients with complex medical needs. Qualifications
Current Massachusetts RN license in good standing Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred) Proven leadership experience in pediatric or educational health settings Strong knowledge of pediatric medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, seizures, complex medical needs) Excellent communication, collaboration, and team-building skills Ability to develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols and policies Nice to Have
DDNA certification within 3 years of hire Experience with medication delegation and emergency response in school environments Familiarity with interdisciplinary collaboration and family engagement Proficiency with health information management systems Preferred Education and Experience
Master’s Degree in Nursing or related health field Significant experience with pediatric populations in educational or residential settings Prior leadership roles supervising nursing teams within healthcare or school systems Other Requirements
