Physical Therapist – Travel Contract – Full Time. Ready for an ADVENTURE in your therapy career? Join our team of traveling Occupational and Physical Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists with Flagship Therapy. This travel position is based in Ensign affiliated Skilled Nursing and Post-Acute care facilities across 17 states. Unique highlights include clinical mentorship for new graduates, seamless EMR/login setup at each location, and the potential to join any team permanently in the future. No non-compete clauses are present. Company: TheraTrooper, Inc., an Ensign affiliated company and part of a group of independently operated skilled nursing facilities with long-term care, post-acute rehab, and outpatient therapy. Responsibilities
Effectively screens/evaluates patients within short-term and long-term rehab and outpatient opportunities Utilizes standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions Provides rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients within short- and long-term settings Administers a wide variety of interventions as part of the plan of care based on individual patient needs Assesses patient progress and adjusts treatments accordingly in the clinical record per regulatory and practice requirements Provides consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders Effectively communicates with the OneClinical Team regarding patient progress and barriers Provides comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements Qualifications
