Provide mammography procedures in accordance with established protocols. Perform bone densitometry studies. Ensure quality radiographs and adherence to radiation protection standards. Participate in the department’s continuous quality improvement process. Ensure customer satisfaction and appropriateness of care for all assigned patients. Qualifications
Degrees: High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper. Licenses & Certifications
Basic Life Support. Certified Radiologic Technologist. ARRT Registered Technologist – Radiography. Additional Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an approved AMA Council of Education program in Radiologic Technology. Registration: ARRT in Radiologic Technology. ARRT eligible for Mammography. Employees hired before May 2021 have 12 months from job entry date to obtain RTM ARRT Registered Technologist – Mammography license. Candidate must have a flexible schedule. They will be working on the Mobile Mammography unit. Start time could vary from 6:30A and end time at 6P. EOE, including disability/vets
