Primary Responsibilities

Demonstrate a proficiency in delivering high quality age specific patient care

Develop effective working relationships with all members of the ASC and Clinic

Communicate information effectively, appropriately, and with courtesy regarding patient conditions to those who require the information including physicians, anesthesia, management, staff, patients, families, and visitors

Perform safe and competent nursing care according to the organization0s policy & procedures and/or ASPAN (American Society of Peri Anesthesia Nursing) standards and/or AORN (Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses) standards and/or SGNA (Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates) standards

Requirements and qualifications

Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or higher

Texas RN license

American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)

2+ years RN in Operating Room in Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or hospital setting

Preferred qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

RN experience in Pre-Op, Pre-Admission Testing (PAT), Emergency Room (ER), Infusion Therapy, ASC or hospital setting

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) obtain within 90 days

Basic computer skills & EPIC

Pay and benefits

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from

$34.23

to

$61.15

per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
