Active Physical Therapist License (Massachusetts) BLS certification (required) New graduates accepted; SNF experience highly preferred Must meet pre-employment credentialing and background screening requirements Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation techniques Monitor and document patient progress; adjust treatment as needed Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff to coordinate care Educate patients and families on safe mobility and home exercise programs Ensure compliance with facility, state, and federal standards of care Highlights
