Physical Therapist Assistant role at

Implement physical therapy treatment plans as established by a licensed Physical Therapist. Help patients regain or improve their physical functioning and mobility through therapeutic exercises and other treatments. Instruct and educate patients and their families on proper use of assistive devices, home exercise programs, and home safety. Document patient progress, communicating any findings or changes back to the Physical Therapist and the interdisciplinary team. Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment for patients. Actively monitor and manage your own schedule, confirming appointments and completing documentation in a timely manner. Qualifications
Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. Current and valid California PTA license. CPR certification is required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in the San Diego and Escondido area. Compensation
Salary range: $70-$85 per hour, depending on experience and willingness to drive to more distant locations. Option to be hired as a W-2 employee or 1099 contractor. Seniority level
