About the Role
As a Lead Product Manager for global workforce data, you'll be a visionary, strategist, and ultimate truth seeker for your product. You will connect user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to define the "what" and "why" of the product, maximizing its impact. What You'll Do
Define the product strategy and vision, aligning with top-down initiatives.
Lead the product architecture and development for global data products that support the People & Places (P&P) function.
Manage all integration development for the Oracle HCM migration.
Develop strategies for reports and dashboards to enable day-one Oracle HCM capabilities.
Synthesize user needs and business requirements to prioritize the product backlog and align on scope.
Lead all phases of the product lifecycle, from research to launch, serving as the main point of contact for learnings, results, and development.
Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and other product teams to build and ship new features.
Champion data integrity and governance across all products, aligning with a unified people data ecosystem.
Over-communicate updates to peers, leadership, and the broader organization.
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of product management experience, or a similar role supporting a technical or engineering team.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Expertise in Oracle's data tools, capabilities, and security setup.
Experience with HR data products, reporting, and data governance.
Knowledge of role-based access management (RBAM) and its application to HR data.
Experience leading large-scale cloud transformation projects, specifically within HR data.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with data architecture and platforms.
Broad knowledge of business and technology, with an awareness of HR technology trends.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Lucidchart.
Experience influencing and collaborating with senior executives.
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$194,000 per year - USD$216,000 per year. For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$194,000 per year - USD$216,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$216,000 per year - USD$240,000 per year. For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$216,000 per year - USD$240,000 per year. For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$216,000 per year - USD$240,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
