Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to: Must have the ability to work with cross functional and joint teams to address capability assessments for operational and strategic problem sets. Experience working with Combatant Commands is highly desirable, as is a network of active contacts within the intelligence professional’s community. Must be capable of processing multi-discipline intelligence to generate fused production, indications and warning, and other threat analysis. Experience providing advice and briefing government leadership regarding critical political, military or irregular warfare capabilities in support of operational and tactical level planning is highly desired. Experience in the INDOPACOM AOR and against a regional peer adversary is highly desired. Required Experience
Experience with some of the following intelligence types; HUMINT, MASINT, SIGINT, Geospatial intelligence, OSINT, TECHINT. Demonstrated experience analyzing threat information from multiple sources, disciplines, and agencies across the Intelligence Community; demonstrated experience synthesizing and placing intelligence information in context, drawing insights about the possible implications, and preparing reports for government customers. At least 7 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD), including at least five (5) years of experience in military operations; at least three (3) years of experience working in military plans; at least three (3) years of experience in a senior military staff office (Service HQ, Combatant Command, OSD, JS); knowledge of the Indo-Asia-Pacific region. Education
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred in a scientific or technical discipline. Security Clearance
Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Polygraph. U.S. Citizenship is required for this position. Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this position in Hawaii is $120,000/year to $160,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors. MTSI also offers a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location. Bonus Program:
