Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: Strategic Management and Planning:

Develop and implement strategies to optimize network performance, reliability, and security, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies. Team Leadership and Development:

Direct, mentor, and develop teams of managers, technicians, and engineers through regular huddles, training, coaching, performance evaluations, and handling recruitment and grievances. Network Design and Implementation:

Oversee the design, provisioning, and implementation of network infrastructure, including IP Voice, Security Services, and Mobility networks. Performance Monitoring and Incident Response:

Conduct surveillance and analysis of network systems, proactively addressing issues and efficiently resolving incidents to minimize downtime. Stakeholder and Resource Management:

Communicate with stakeholders, manage budget and resources, and ensure the attainment of operational and strategic objectives.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 3+ years of related experience.

What you’ll bring

Oversees the daily operations of their team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role focuses on immediate team management, task delegation, and the resolution of day-to-day issues. Typically leads occupational staff within the organization. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action and promotional activity for subordinates.

Environmental Requirements

This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.

Our Manager-Network Ops Center, earns between $96,000 - $144,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
