Enter: You. As the founding SDR, you'll be on the frontlines of our outbound motion. You'll help establish our Ideal Customer Profile, build systematic prospecting playbooks, and generate qualified pipeline through strategic outbound campaigns. This is a foundational role—you're not just executing someone else's playbook, you're building the function that will scale our sales team. Working directly with our Head of Sales and Founding GTM, you'll help shape our go-to-market strategy and create the repeatable processes that fuel our growth. We\'re an in-office company working from our San Francisco office 4 days/week. We sponsor visas and provide up to $20K relocation assistance . What You'll Do
Build on our outbound function - create systematic prospecting processes and campaigns Help establish our Ideal Customer Profile - research and define who needs AI agents most Develop outbound playbooks - messaging, sequences, and targeting strategies that convert Generate qualified pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, cold calls) Own full campaigns, iterate fast, and drive results independently; relentlessly messaging, targeting, and processes based on market feedback Become a market expert on AI agent use cases and competitive landscape What We're Looking For
2+ years SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS Experience selling technical products, AI background is a plus Experience selling tools that work across multiple use cases and industries Strong research skills and ability to craft personalized outreach Someone looking for fast-paced environment because you move fast and iterate quickly Excellent communication skills and natural curiosity about how businesses work Can work in-person 4 days/week from our SF office Why You\'ll Love It Here
