Overview
As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty shifts and delivering a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train and motivate associates, and drive strong sales results while upholding company values and bringing your authentic self to work. Your Responsibilities
You have a passion for driving sales: as a key Leader on Duty (LOD), maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through an outstanding in-store experience. Support Store Leadership to maximize opportunities and drive KPI results. You are a people leader: motivate and inspire the team through AEOs core values; model service standards on the Salesfloor and in the fitting room, and hold associates accountable. You have an eye for talent and a love of training: recruit and hire strong talent to meet business needs and train/develop associates to deliver outstanding service and a Guest First culture. You know that teamwork makes the dream work: set clear goals for Sales and Stock Associates, provide ongoing feedback through real-time coaching, and celebrate outstanding performance. You are a visual & operational innovator: execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards; ensure Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with Brand Standards.
