Active member in good standing of the Virginia State Bar (or eligible to waive in). 3+ years of experience in antitrust and corporate transactional experience. Experience in healthcare-related matters is a plus but not required. Strong academic credentials and professional references. A self-starter with a client-focused mindset and a passion for the practice of law. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-driven, high-performance culture.
