Role summary:
BSI Consulting Services is growing—and we’re looking for a visionary leader to help shape that growth. As Regional Director, you’ll lead a talented team of EHS consultants in the South West US, drive business performance, and play a key role in advancing BSI Consulting Service’s three-year vision. This full-time, permanent position reports to the SVP, EHS Consulting Services and offers a hybrid working arrangement with regular travel across the Southwest, nationally and internationally. We’re seeking a seasoned EHS leader who combines strategic insight, operational excellence, and a passion for client success. This is more than a regional leadership role—it’s a chance to influence our national strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with other Regional Directors across the U.S. to align initiatives, deliver shared growth goals, and lead cross-regional projects that drive innovation and impact. Responsibilities
Lead the strategic and operational success of the Southwest region in line with BSI’s business objectives. Develop and deliver a regional business plan focused on growth, profitability, and client satisfaction. Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing consulting team that delivers exceptional client outcomes. Oversee P&L and ensure excellence in service delivery, quality, and compliance. Build and nurture long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor and account leader. Partner with other Regional Directors to advance BSI’s three-year vision through shared strategies and initiatives. Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration across all levels of the organization. Qualifications
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in EHS consulting or a related discipline. Proven success managing regional operations—including sales, service delivery, and team performance. Strong strategic, financial, and client management acumen. Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and leadership skills. A Bachelor’s degree in EHS, engineering, science, safety management, or a related field. (Desirable) An advanced degree (MBA, MS) and experience in a matrixed organization.
