5 years of experience managing a high-volume, fine dining or luxury bar program Advanced expertise in beer, wine, spirits, and beverage cost controls Strong leadership, staff management, and training skills; hands-on operational experience required Strong P&L, cost control and systems experience Servant leader and teacher, empowering others to be their very best Team player with the ability to take direction and think outside the box Luxury Bar Manager Responsibilities
Lead/Coach/Develop the beverage team to excellence Supervise day-to-day beverage operations, communicate objectives, and assign work Design and update cocktail menus and wine lists, collaborating with the Executive Chef, General Manager, and Sales/Event Managers for consistency in flavor profiles and menu design Collaborate with Event Sales Managers to design banquet beverage offerings and amenity options Oversee beverage operations and admin-vendor relations, inventory, expense control, hiring Must be able to communicate well with the culinary leadership team and team members in a positive manner Luxury Bar Manager Benefits
