Lead Sales Strategy: Drive sales execution for InnoCell plates across pharma, biotech, CROs, and academic institutions. Business Development: Identify and acquire new accounts, nurture strong customer relationships, and become a trusted advisor to researchers and decision-makers. Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging and product demonstrations. Industry Engagement: Represent Mitsui Chemicals at key conferences, trade shows, and scientific meetings. Customer Support: Act as the primary contact for technical, quality, and engineering support, ensuring customer satisfaction. Market Intelligence: Track customer feedback and competitive trends to guide product development and positioning. Revenue Management: Analyze profitability, prepare forecasts, and optimize financial performance. Compliance: Ensure product and pricing compliance with industry regulations. What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, or related field. 5–10 years of experience in life sciences sales or account management. Proven track record in sales to R&D teams within biotech, pharma, or academic research. Strong understanding of cell culture workflows (MPS, organoids, or related applications). Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel up to 40% and work beyond normal business hours as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
