Overview
Regional Sales Director role leading a team that delivers differentiated commercial insights to local customers and prospects within a given region. Reporting to the Division Sales Leader, the Regional Sales Director will lead a team of sales professionals dedicated to the Western territory to grow business and maintain current accounts. This role is remote and ideally located on the West Coast. In addition, this role manages distributor relationships within the sales territory and empowers the team to achieve financial, operational, and people development objectives. Responsibilities
Leads, inspires, manages, and coaches a high-performing sales team using a consultative approach to drive growth; recruits, develops, motivates, and retains Territory Business Managers/Territory Account Managers; manages pipeline; uses analytical skills to increase productivity; coaches for field and pricing decisions; provides price input and approvals; manages compensation; collaborates with Sales Operations, Training, Lead Generation, and Demand Generation to meet development needs and exceed customer expectations. Demonstrates market and solution knowledge by articulating Sealed Air solutions, products, campaigns, and programs to leaders, teams, and key customers; understands sector/industry needs and provides strategic customer feedback to strengthen solutions in the marketplace. Drives profitability by working with supporting functions to review and improve regional account profitability and growth strategies to deliver top-line revenue and profitable growth; participates in local and regional decision-making. Leads sales planning and growth by guiding Territory teams to create sales, profitability, and growth plans; identifies opportunities using data, market analysis, resources, and tools; holds teams accountable for meeting growth plans. Manages administrative duties including pricing, CRM reporting, rebate and promotion coordination, customer relationship and activity reporting, budgeting, travel, and expenses. Participates in corporate programs, complies with professional quality standards and corporate policies, and acts in line with Sealed Air’s values and ethics. Ideal Candidate Experience

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills; data-driven decision maker with experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years professional experience, preferably leading sales teams in a large organization Ability to travel up to 70% Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas in an easy-to-understand way Additional Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
