Sales Representative
is responsible for achieving sales goals within their territory, building customer relationships through communication and in-person appointments, and maintaining expert knowledge of our product portfolio. The role involves consulting surgeons in the operating room regarding Arthrex products and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales objectives for the territory by working with surgeons and healthcare professionals. Build and maintain strong business relationships; develop and implement sales strategies. Communicate with current and new customers about product updates, changes, and educational programs. Implement sales plans and marketing strategies to meet/exceed territory goals. Cross-sell additional products and manage new product introductions. Address issues at customer accounts. Support compliance, confidentiality, and ethical standards. Receive coaching and training; transfer knowledge to peers. Maintain training in sales skills, product features, and business applications. Collect competitive data and stay current on industry trends. Attend sales and professional meetings as required. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly. Requirements
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree Ability to relate to customers in the orthopedic/sports medicine market Comfort in open operating room environments Knowledge of orthopedic procedures, terminology, and OR protocols Ability to learn technical information, anatomy, and surgical indications Prior sales experience is a plus Knowledge, Skills, and Training: MS Office proficiency Ability to create effective business plans Strong communication and public speaking skills Sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure Self-confidence, competitiveness, independence Adherence to compliance and conduct policies Tools and Equipment: Valid driver’s license Own transportation
