Overview
As a Senior Staff Accountant, you are primarily responsible for the accounting and analysis of variable compensation for ePlus, including but not limited to commissions and bonus. YOUR IMPACT
The essential functions of this position include: Perform monthly commission calculations based on detailed analysis of monthly sales reports and knowledge of active commission plans. Perform monthly bonus accruals and quarterly actual calculations based upon active bonus plans. Work with management to obtain appropriate reviews and approvals. Prepare commission and bonus related journal entries for posting to the general ledger. Reconcile, research, and resolve commission and bonus related issues. Maintains and prepares Commission and/or Bonus account reconciliations. Prepare accurate commission and/or bonus payroll files. Assist with the implementation of compensation plans to compensation system. Assist with testing of compensation manual calculations versus compensation system results. Assist with both internal and external audit requests. Perform other duties as requested to meet department goals and objectives. QUALIFICATIONS

The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $50,000 and $75,000 annually. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, our compensation structure may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses. ePlus offers a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility, employee stock purchase program and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave), dependent on the position offered.
