Engine Detail Inspector , you will perform visual and dimensional inspections on engines, accessories, and related components to assess their condition for return to service, following approved data and customer requirements. Cross-training in other skills may be required to support production needs. Responsibilities include: Performing visual and dimensional inspections to verify conformance. Documenting modification status and ensuring compliance. Ensuring products are clean and in acceptable condition for inspection. Assessing repairability of products not meeting requirements. Recording inspection results and generating repair documentation. Estimating costs for parts and labor. Participating in continuous process improvements. Qualifications: Proficiency with precision measuring equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical publications. Knowledge of product operation and inspection processes. Proficient in technical writing and computer systems related to production management. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work various shifts. Legal authorization to work in the US.
