Account Manager, Social Media at Highwire We are seeking an account manager or senior manager with a passion for social media and digital marketing to join our growing team. This hands-on role manages social media programs and campaigns for technology brands, across a fast-paced, multi-account environment. You will deliver high-quality content, drive social media strategies, and mentor a team of digital strategists. Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr About Us

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with client goals and demonstrate business impact through insights and analysis Collaborate with integrated PR and digital teams to include social media across client programs (content development, community management, channel strategy, analytics, etc.) Lead account teams to ensure seamless delivery, including quality reviews and time/budget management Manage multiple projects and accounts, coordinating up and down to meet deadlines Produce social-first copy and creative content, and assist in weekly social calendars Manage 1-2 direct reports and build strong client relationships Support new business efforts with research and pitch development Requirements
5-6 years of client-facing digital experience (social media focus preferred), with at least one year in an agency setting Deep knowledge of social platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) including organic and paid strategies Baseline knowledge of earned media and marketing tactics; ability to integrate social activations with other efforts Experience with B2B technology, security and digital health brands is a plus Proactive, initiative-taking with ability to adjust strategy, voice and tone for clients and audiences Experience with social media management and analytics tools; familiarity with Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Muck Rack, Brandwatch is a bonus Experience managing programs and direct reports; mentoring capability Passion for teaching and collaborating with digital team leadership and account teams Strong awareness of latest social and digital trends Perks
