Responsibilities
Research and identify potential school and district partners through outreach efforts
Qualify leads and set appointments for Account Managers based on prospect needs
Build and maintain relationships with educators and administrators to promote Book Fairs
Manage sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead generation strategies and achieve goals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in retail or territory sales, event management, or customer service
Proficiency with MS Office and experience with sales automation or CRM software
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
Outstanding interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and team members
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with children’s literature, Book Fairs, and school activities
Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience in marketing and merchandising strategy execution
