Maintain a customer-centric mentality. Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through Technology and Wardrobing. Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic Create a positive work environment through collaboration What You Bring
Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goal Experience with technology and has experience selling to clients using digital tools Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience Commission sales experience High School Diploma / equivalency required A flexible work schedule Inclusive Benefits
