We are a national building automation and energy services provider with private financial backing that provides full-scope building smart building automation to help building owners and managers improve efficiency and reduce operational costs while improving comfort for tenants. Responsibilities
As an experienced sales account executive, drive aggressive sales growth in the assigned region. Develop owner-direct sales and/or plan & spec opportunities in the Building Automation/HVAC Controls space. Sell product lines and solutions aligned with customer needs, focusing on improving energy efficiency and occupant comfort. Qualifications
Must have 2+ years of sales in the Building Automation/HVAC Controls space. Owner direct and/or plan & spec experience. Experience selling one or more of the following product lines: Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Distech, Delta Controls, Honeywell, Automated Logic, Trane, or others. Nice to have
BS in a related field. Siemens product line experience. Benefits
