The Role and What You’ll Do: We are seeking a Production Manager to support the planning and execution of experiential marketing programs. This role is key in budget management, scheduling, and coordinating information across departments. The Production Manager ensures all project aspects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be solutions-oriented, and excel in budget management, time management, multitasking, and problem-solving. The Production Manager will work effectively with client and internal teams to deliver event programs that meet strategic and creative objectives, timelines, and financial goals. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in experiential marketing production or execution, be self-motivated, thrive under pressure, and have a passion for event production and logistics. Accountable for the quality of all deliverables and performance throughout each project Collaborate with the account team to create project plans, budgets, and venue selections, working backward from key client deadlines Support the project plan to ensure all deliverables and financial requirements are met Assist in the development, production, and delivery of project goals and requirements Work with vendors to ensure quality and alignment with program objectives Hire, train, and manage staff for programs Manage project communications, documenting and addressing issues, changes, or performance impacts Oversee the PO system and financial flow of production deliverables Document all aspects of the project to aid in creating manuals or training materials Support procurement of permits and necessary paperwork for events Collaborate with peers to foster innovation You Have These: 3+ years of experience managing experiential and event production projects within marketing or communications, with a focus on aligning business strategy with experiential events Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of event production Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and written communication skills Experience managing budgets Ability to handle multiple accounts with strong organizational skills and self-management Proactive problem-solving skills Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work nonstandard hours and weekends as needed Travel up to 30% required Experience with touring, road, or driving is a plus Passion for working with top brands, festivals, entertainment, and live events Physical ability to lift boxes How We Work WME Group is centered around sports, media, entertainment, and fashion, emphasizing relationships.
