Headquarters in Tysons, Virginia. Responsibilities

Executes various technical tasks and responsibilities within field operations. Perform on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems. Ensure functionality and reliability of technologies. Conduct site surveys, configure hardware and software, test systems for proper operation, and provide technical support to customers. Field Technicians must possess strong problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and effective communication with clients and team members. Utilizes and comprehends project Safety plan (JHA, AHA, PFW), enforcing adherence to M.C. Dean handbook and policies. Analyzes and interprets M.C. Dean drawing packages to assess constructability, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Verifies charges in timesheets on projects; executes installation and maintenance activities within planned durations. Tracks and inventories tools; conducts tool inspections and daily tool inventory. Participates in daily ORM meetings to ensure safety compliance. Participates in PITCO plan creation and build-out, including testing to verify high quality. Installs system raceway, cabling, equipment racks, enclosures, panels, and mounting hardware; ensures proper grounding and NEC adherence. Terminates, tests, and configures electronic devices, network and IT equipment. Racks and stacks head end equipment; terminates cables and accessories per industry standards. Maintains communication with MC Dean Project Teams; demonstrates dedication, punctuality, and preparedness for work. Collaborates with internal and external customers; accepts feedback constructively. Plans and prioritizes tasks; aligns with M.C. Dean vision, mission, and values. Surveys and documents existing field conditions; provides feedback and recommendations to the project team. Other duties as assigned as needed. Qualifications

Clearance/Citizen Type:

Applicants may be subject to government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information. ACTIVE TOP SECRET Clearance is REQUIRED. Key Requirements: HS diploma or GED; Military Electronics Training (minimum 720 classroom hours) Night Shift Friday - Sunday 6PM - 6:30AM Required Progressive Experience: 4+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance on multiple systems and customer programs Strong oral, written and presentation skills Experience working with multidisciplinary teams Time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives Valid driver's license; may require use of a company vehicle Acceptable driving record Preferred Qualifications: Vendor certifications in IDS, ACS, CCTV systems (e.g., CCURE, Lenel, Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch CCTV, BVMS, etc.) and Windows OS certifications; experience in installation of said systems Graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program or Electrical Apprenticeship 3 years of the above experience focused in electronic security systems MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills are a plus What We Offer
