Schedule: This full-time position works 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM. As Lead HVAC Installer, you lead a team of skilled technicians through residential HVAC installations, conducting site assessments and ensuring installations are completed safely and efficiently. You will work with a focus on honesty, positivity, and organization to exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities
Lead a team of technicians on residential HVAC installations, ensuring high quality and safety standards. Conduct site assessments, plan installations, and coordinate resources. Ensure projects are completed on time and to specification. Qualifications
Minimum: 4+ years of HVAC installation experience Preferred: Attention to detail Candidates must successfully pass a background check, and pre-employment drug testing is also required. Any job offer is contingent upon the results of both background and drug testing. Employment details
