Tuft & Needle. What You'll Do: We’re looking for an experienced and driven Industrial Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll support manufacturing operations across our network by improving processes, driving lean initiatives, and implementing engineering best practices. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact on efficiency, product quality, and cost performance within a large-scale, multi-facility manufacturing environment. How You'll Do It: Involved in all aspects of manufacturing process control, including designing, documenting, and training to a standardized playbook Participates in cost-cutting initiatives focused on lean manufacturing principles Provides support for new product pilots, including product launches and raw material/component validations Identifies and recommends process and quality improvements Supports plant integration and maintenance of new technologies by offering process engineering expertise and applying manufacturing best practices Functional/Technical Competencies Strong engineering and financial acumen, with manufacturing experience across a large, multi-facility network Proven problem-solving and influencing skills, with a focus on execution and change management Solid project management capabilities and leadership skills Demonstrated ability to drive results and align resources, priorities, and actions with strategic and operational goals Skilled at building strong, sustainable relationships and collaborating across departments to achieve actionable results through others Experience/Education Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or other equivalent discipline Minimum of 1-5 years in a manufacturing, process, or quality role Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills Why work at Serta Simmons Bedding?
