Job Details In this role, you will be part of the
Aviation, Transit, and Commercial Buildings
team, within the
Buildings Sector , based in
Atlanta, Georgia . Responsibilities Manage the design, production, and coordination of projects locally in Georgia and nationwide. Communicate effectively with clients, project stakeholders, and team members. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and project teams, including subconsultants. Negotiate fees, schedules, and contract terms beneficial to EXP and acceptable to clients. Ensure projects are delivered within financial and schedule parameters, exceeding client expectations. Participate in business development activities such as market research, client meetings, marketing proposals, and interviews. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering from an accredited university. Architectural License or Professional Engineer License. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Proven track record of exceptional performance. Experience across sectors like Aviation, Rail + Transit, Federal Government, and Higher Education. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, and financial management software. Willingness to travel occasionally.
